5D Meditation (and beyond)
There are many examples of this type of meditation in the recordings section of the website.
Cleansing or purging of old stagnant energy: Firstly – Sitting with your feet firmly planted on the ground, you can be seated, cross legged or laying down if you prefer.
(We tend to skip the 4D realm, this is the realm of disembodied spirit the realm of medium-ship and Clair-voyance, -audience – sentience. you tend to get inundated with lists of messages that need to be delivered to loved ones still in the 3D realm.) With any hierarchical structure the higher you ascend the more you see, feel and are, you can move down through the realms at will projecting into each realm as a presence that ‘fits-in’. From the lower realms you can look up but not see or feel as your vibration and consciousness is not capable of dealing with what is there, form infants school you can imagine what it would be like being at university but don’t have the wherewithal or maturity to deal with university life!
Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe out, visualise all of the negative energy along with the stresses and strains of every-day life draining out of the body and into the Earth, starting at the top of the head ‘Crown’ and gradually working down through the Jaw, Neck, Shoulders, Chest, Abdomen, Hips, Thighs, Knees, Calves and Shins, Feet. You may need to do this cycle several times to get all the old crud out of you (12 breaths per cycle).
Then when you are clear and clean, take one in and out breath, this is a holding breath: Now breathe in deeply, pulling fresh clean, revitalising energy up from the Earth and into your body, again you may need to do this several times until you are filled with new energy.
Now visualise a Brilliant, bright, blue/white point of light like a star above you, there is a shaft of light coming down from the Star, it illuminates, penetrates and cleanses you, raising the vibration of every part of your being.
Feel yourself being drawn up towards the light, until you are just hovering above your body, the shaft of light from the star disappears and you are left cocooned in a bubble of brilliant, blue/white light. (the light of Archangel Michael)
Feel yourself being drawn up and out, leaving the physical 3D (3rd Dimensional) world below you, as you rise, you will feel yourself unfurling like the wings of a butterfly as it emerges from the chrysalis, feel yourself expanding and becoming all that you are capable of being, feel the weightlessness of true being.
Feel the expanded state of consciousness. Allow yourself to rise high above the Earth, looking down on the Earth with different eyes. As you raise your vibration further keep your intention focused on the 5D Earth, you will start to see the 5D (5th Dimensional) Earth forming in front of you, (the 3D Earth and the 5D Earth are overlaid on each other, its only a short hop) you have the power of manifestation here, so be careful what you focus upon, keep your intention positive and for the highest good. There is no ego, greed or duality here, there is unity, unconditional love, peace and harmony here, even if you bring your 3D physical body here with you there will be no duality except in the physical form (Male/Female). The 5D realm is the first of the ascended realms
The space that you land upon on the 5D earth is the space you have chosen to manifest your 5D dwelling on; it does not have to be a palatial 17 bedroom mansion with a 56″ TV at the foot of every bath! It can be a small wood shack, or whatever you feel that you need – so long as it is capable of supporting organic 3D life (somewhere to sleep, keep food, cook, wash, pee/poo & sit). Once you have created your dwelling space and have settled in, you can go outside, you will be aware of an energy grid all around you, it covers the whole of the 5D Earth, this grid allows you to connect to all of the sentient beings, including Gaia Star the Earth energy and consciousness, in the 5D plain, beings such as yourself who are in ascendance and have a 3D physical form on Earth, beings who have ascended and discarded their physical form, beings who have ascended and de-molecularise their physical body into a blueprint and take it with them, should they wish to interface with the 3D world again in the future and those beings who have always been ascended into the higher realms and are here to help, guide and support you. If you require to descend back to the 3D world then *, if not then allow yourself to expand into the energy grid, reaching out across the entire planet connecting with all of the sentient beings. At certain times there will be the sounding of a deep chime, this is the call to commune, a simple process by which all of the beings in 5D get together in the citadel of light located in each continent, a domed city with a large central concourse where being can commune and where information can be disseminated to all beings.
* When you are ready to return to the 3D world you will feel yourself becoming compressed, (shrinking to the extent of the realm you are descending to or through, the higher the realm the larger you become till you have expanded to the size of the universe.) dropping down through each of the realms en-route to the 3D world pause in each realm to allow time for you to gather yourself together in the smaller form. Do not allow yourself to be squashed back into the physical body but remain expanded, from this enlightened space you can project down into the 3D world – like a finger puppet, without having to become fully immersed in it again, the higher perspective will provide you with a much greater perspective (bigger picture) of the world, if you deflate and fold yourself up and squash back fully into the tiny box that is the human body you will loose perspective and become shut down again. Allow the energy of the higher realms to flow through you, anchor he energy to the 3D earth and allow it to spread out across the planet being available to all who can access it.
If however you wish to ascend higher, then:
Allow yourself to absorb the energy of the 5D realm and allow yourself to lift up off the 5D earth. As you ascend from the 5D Earth you rise up into the 6D realm of the angels and archangels, a vista of white, the realm of the Angels and Archangels: a realm of unity, unconditional love, peace, harmony and tranquility. Feel yourself surrounded by the energy of the angels, feel nurturing and nourishing on an energetic level, if you have worked with the angels and archangels before, feel the presences of those angels and archangels close to you, you are in the presence of over four hundred angels who are associated with the Earth. (if you wish to return to the 3D world *) As you become accustomed to the energy around you, you will notice a crystalline structure glowing in the distance, the crystal cathedral has a tower at the far end and a shaft of brilliant blue white light shining out from the top of the tower, feel yourself being drawn to the crystal cathedral, glowing with all the subtle colours of the rainbow. Feel yourself entering the structure and moving to the base of the tower, feel the updraft of energy filling the tower and shining out of the top like a beacon! Feel yourself recharging, feeling invigorated and light, allow yourself along with the angels who are here to help you to ascend inside the tower, raising your vibration and expanding as you rise leaving the realm of the angels we ascend to the realm of the Ascended masters the 7D realm.
- Here we rise into the main council chamber, a slightly more formal setting, heavy red velvet drapes and a feeling of solemnity, you arrive in an oval area with rows of seats rising in tiers like an amphitheater: Angels (400-ish) and Archangels (7-ish) on the lower tiers, Ascended Masters (117-ish) (usually in their robes of office) on the next tiers then the members of the Galactic Federation (currently around 4,000-ish) and on the highest tiers the universal overseers (12-ish), [the numbers -ish is nominal due the fact that not all will be in attendance as they have other duties or are not available].
- Here we rise onto the grassy knoll just outside the citadel of the Ascended Masters, lighter more airy and less formal, blankets and bean bags laid out upon the ground, the Ascended masters and Galactic Federation are less formal in this setting.
The Galactic Federation represent the civilizations that have a vested interest in the evolution and re ascension of humanity into the higher realms, in many instances they represent your star family and home world, those who do not feel that they belong or at home on the 3D Earth may well find that you are here on a mission from another world represented by the beings here. You can reacquaint yourself with your star family and visit the vessels in orbit around the Earth and from there you can go home and visit your home world. You can visit the council of elders and be reacquaint with you mission on Earth, you can spend as long as you like here. Our off-world friends do not like the term alien, so the use of off-world or extra-terrestrial is far more acceptable. When you are ready to leave your home and return to the lower realms, return to the masters realm when you are ready.
When you wish to move on you have two options (1.) to return to 3D world via the 6th & 5th Dimensional realms * or (2.) to ascend to the higher realms. (Health warning! If you are new to meditations and have not spent much time in the lower ascended realms the higher realms will be too much for you other than on a quick look see basis, the bubble will protect you from overload and return you to a safe realm before you experience any adverse effects or want to quit the 3D realm and stay up here!)
Ascending to the 8D realm, the first of the fully ascended realm (known as the first of the God Consciousness realms). As you enter the 8D realm you are still contained within a gossamer thin bubble that protects your individuality whilst allowing you to expand to the size of the universe and allowing integration with Source, (Source being the entirety of all sentient knowledge since the beginning of the universe.) The realm is a mass of swirling colours, primary, shades, pastels and opalescence. You will meet other beings here who exist in this elevated state of existence, they are highly evolved and enlightened they can provide assistance to you on your journey through life in all realms.
When you wish to move on you have two options (1.) to return to 3D world via the 7th, 6th & 5th Dimensional realms * or (2.) to ascend to the higher realms. (Health warning! If you are new to meditations and have not spent much time in the lower ascended realms the higher realms will be too much for you other than on a quick look see basis, the bubble will protect you from overload and return you to a safe realm before you experience any adverse effects or want to quit the 3D realm and stay up here!)
Ascending to the 9D realm, the second of the fully ascended realm (known as the second of the God Consciousness realms). As you enter the 9D realm you are still contained within a gossamer thin bubble that protects your individuality whilst allowing you to expand to the size of the universe and allowing deeper integration with Source, (Source being the entirety of all sentient knowledge since the beginning of the universe.) The realm is a mass of swirling colours, primary, shades, pastels and opalescence. You will meet other beings here who exist in this elevated state of existence, they are highly evolved and enlightened they can provide assistance to you on your journey through life in all realms, they will integrate with you forming a very strong bond of knowledge and understanding, it can be overwhelming to start with.
When you wish to move on you have two options (1.) to return to 3D world via the 8th, 7th, 6th & 5th Dimensional realms * or (2.) to ascend to the higher realms. (Health warning! If you are new to meditations and have not spent much time in the lower ascended realms the higher realms will be too much for you other than on a quick look see basis, the bubble will protect you from overload and return you to a safe realm before you experience any adverse effects or want to quit the 3D realm and stay up here!)

Your bubble will kick you out to a lower realm very quickly if it is felt that you may not be able to cope with this level on anything more than a brief Look See Basis. you can come to no harm, but you may be totally overwhelmed!
Ascending to the 10D realm, the last of the fully ascended realm (known as Unity, Source, The God Consciousness realm). As you enter the 10D realm you are still contained within a gossamer thin bubble that protects your individuality whilst allowing you to expand to the size of the universe and allowing you to become Source, (Source being the entirety of all sentient knowledge since the beginning of the universe, Trillions upon Trillions upon Trillions of entire life times, not just human life times, the life times of planets, solar-systems galaxies, absolutely everything is you and you are everything.) The realm is a mass of swirling colours, primary, shades, pastels and opalescence, knowledge, experience, every emotion that has ever been felt, every pain that has ever been endured, every euphoria that has ever be experienced – absolutely everything! (not for the faint of heart!). You will meet other beings here who exist in this elevated state of existence, they are highly evolved and enlightened they can provide assistance to you on your journey through life in all realms.
When you wish to move on you have two options (1.) to return to 3D world via the 9th, 8th, 7th, 6th & 5th Dimensional realms * or (2.) to ascend to the higher realms. (Health warning!
